The national event is organised as a part of the celebrations of the International Children's Book Day in Slovakia. Its main objectives are meetings of book authors with children, a professional lecture, and expositions. Expositions accompanying the event: The Most Beautiful Books of Slovakia 2009-2010, Illustrators Awarded at Grand Prix BIB 1967-2009, and an event by Tibor Hujdič - Knock-knock in Museum.
