Triplerose Award 2000

The Triplerose Award is awarded by the Literary Fond, Slovak IBBY Section, and BIBIANA, International House of Art for Children to an author for his existing outstanding literary work, which significantly contributed to development of Slovak literature for children and youth. The Literary Fond, Slovak IBBY Section, and BIBIANA, International House of Art for Children awarded the literary scholar Milan Jurčo, for his inventive and analytical research, explorational rationality, and emotional partiality in his contacts and intersections into the core of Slovak literature for children and youth.
