Bridges of Rainbow and Others

People have always needed to cross rivers and know the opposite shores, and even nowadays we use bridges to cross rivers, valleys, chasms, rolls, quags, lakes, and sees. A bridge is not only a connection of two points and a man's triumph over a natural barrier, but also an art work, inspiration of which in nature is obvious. Other bridges, metaphorical ones, exist as well though. Bridges to tolerance, sympathy, music bridges, bridges between people, nations, or bridges into phantasy.
