International Children’s Day 2016

International Children’s Day will be celebrated once again at BIBIANA. This time we will travel as far as to Japan. In cooperation with the Embassy of Japan in Bratislava, we will present aspects of Japanese culture and art. Children can see Japan’s world-renown puppet theatre, watch martial arts and observe the complete ritual of putting on a kimono. Visitors can make origami and finally learn what calligraphy means; they can also learn the essentials of the age-old Japanese board games Go and Shogi. All of that and much more will be available for children on Wednesday, 1 June 2016, from 10.00 to 16.00 in BIBIANA.
