INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S BOOK DAY – OVER THE SEASON THE WINGS OF FANTASYT his year, the event dedicated to the International Children’s Book DayProgram is organised with the help of the Japanese section of IBBY.The tale of Eiko Kadono – Over the Seas on the Wings of Fantasy wasillustrated by Nana Furiya, who lives in Slovakia.The event includes a workshop with the illustrator, creative activities builtaround the tale and a new exhibition of the illustrations by Ján Kurinec inthe Ruthenian version of Andersen’s fairy tales.
