Abstract:
An exhibition organized on the occasion of the celebration of the Constitution Day of the Slovak Republic in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the beautiful historic premises of the Kloosterkerk church in The Hague. The event, organized by the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, will include not only the BIB exhibition but also a concert by the Slovak music group Lash&Grey. A selection of works will be presented by the only Slovak winner of the BIB Grand Prix and 16 Slovak winners of the BIB Golden Apple Award at the Bratislava Biennial of Illustrations. The world of fairy-tale illustrations, represented by a selection of works by leading Slovak illustrators, will move to the representative premises of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic after the celebrations, where it will be accessible until December 2025.
