The exhibition Michal Kiráľ – My Little World presents selections from the extensive body of work by Michal Kiráľ, an artist of Slovak ethnicity from Vojvodina. It introduces an artist who, despite his remarkable talent and significant influence on the art scene in Vojvodina, remains little known in Slovak cultural circles. Kiráľ has made a significant mark on the artistic life of the Slovaks of the Lower Lands as a painter, graphic artist, illustrator, and educator. His work was created under the complex social conditions of the 1980s and 1990s and continues to captivate today with its professionalism, personal expression, and timeless artistic language.
