ZOOTROPE BY RASTKO ĆIRIĆ
Breathe life into fantastical creatures at a workshop inspired by the work of the leading Serbian animator and educator Rastko Ćirić. Inspired by his current exhibition, participants will set about drawing their own wondrous creatures, amusing monsters or bogeymen. At the same time, they will learn about the principles behind the first optical toys and devices that predated the advent of film and animation. Using a zoetrope, they will then create the illusion of movement and bring their own drawings to life. A BAB 2026 accompanying event.
(For children aged 8 and over)
