On the occasion of presenting the Ľudovít Fulla Award 2010, Triplerose Award 2010, diplomas for H. C. Andersen Award 2010 nomination, and IBBY Honour List 2010, Willi Platzer, Gunter Friedrich, Christopher Underberger, and Veronika Vitázková performed a gala concert in the studio of the Slovak Broadcasting in Bratislava.
The Ľudovít Fulla Award 2010 was awarded to Jozef Cesnak.
The Triplerose Award 2010 was given to Ján Milčák and equally to Pavol Štefánik in memoriam by the Literary Fund, Slovak IBBY section, and BIBIANA, International House of Art for Children.
Diplomas for nomination of The H. C. Andersen Award 2010 for children and youth was awarded to two Slovak artists: the author Ján Uličiansky and illustrator Peter Uchnár.
Juraj Šebesta with his book Keď sa pes smeje (When the Dog is Laughing), Martina Matlovičová for illustrations in the book Drevený tato (Wooden Daddy), and Danial Lozanová for translation of the book by Angela Nanetti My Granfather Was a Cherry Tree were nominated for the IBBY Honour List.
