As part of the BAB 2003 programme, the BIB 2003 Secretariat opened an exposition of Belgian illustrators named From Word to Picture in BIBIANA. The display was organised as part of the Co-operation Programme with the Slovak Republic for years 2002-2003. The exposition displayed works by 27 francophone Belgian authors and was organised in co-operation with the CGRI (Commissariat genéral aux Relations internationales de la Communauté francaise de Belgique).
