This national event lasting 3 days was part of the celebrations of the International Children´s Book Day. Part of the event were meetings of children with children´s books writers and a lecture for librarians and pedagogues titled Illustration in Children´s Book Production. The Slovak Illustrators Awarded at BIB 1967-2003 exposition was displayed as part of the programme.
