The Ľudovít Fulla Award is awarded by the Visual Arts Fund, Slovak IBBY Section and Bibiana, International House of Art for Children to authors for an outstanding work, which significantly contributed to development of Slovak visual art for children and youth.

Visual Arts Fund, Slovak IBBY Section and BIBIANA awarded the illustator Blanka Votavová for her long-lasting artistically cultivated works of illustrated books for children.
