The goal of this exposition was to introduce works by Jules Verne, arouse children´s interest in literature, and introduce them to the works by the director Karel Zeman. Especially his movies based on Verne´s stories became world-wide known. He used classical film tricks to animate the xylographies from the 19th century and even today, in the era of digitalization, people are amazed by their perfection and humorous poetics.
