By means of an individual´s experience (which is not necessarily pleasant), the authors bring visitors to comprehension of differences. That leads to tolerance, which subsequently integrates two opposing worlds: the world of deaf and the world of those who can hear. "Deafness of the Heart" will then be an unknown notion!
