Piešťany was the centre of national celebrations of the International Children´s Book Day. Meetings of artists (writers, illustrators and publishers) with children were the main attraction in and around the city. BIBIANA presented Slovak Illustrators at BIB, The Best and Most Beautiful Children´s Books 1990-1999 expositions and two additional events.
