EventPrix Ex Aequo 2022
Awarded PrizePrize for the Best Adaptation of a Work of Literature for RadioPrix Ex Aequo is an international festival of radio drama plays for children and youth organised by RTVS in cooperation with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Since 2010 the IBBY Slovak Section has conferred the Award for Best Adaptation of a Work of Literature for Radio.

Jury statement

At the international festival Prix Ex Aequo 2022, the Slovak Section of the International Union for Children's Books (SkIBBY) awarded the Prize for the Best Radio Adaptation of a Literary Work to the play Sesuo (Sister) produced by LRT.

Text:  based on the Lithuanian folk tale "The Twelve Brothers Who Flew Over the Black Crows".

Script and music: Brigita Bublytė

Directors: Inga Tamulevičienė, Brigita Bublytė

Sound directors Eglė Jarmolavičiūtė, Algirdas Mateika.

Music performance: Vytis Nivinskas (double bass), Neda Malūnavičiūtė (flute)

Actors: Aleksas Kazanavičius, Agnė Sunklodaitė, Jonas Braškys, Arvydas Dapšys, Tomas Žaibus, Artūras Dubaka.
