Post Bank granted THE POST BANK AWARD BIB 2017 to Slovak artist Dušan Kállay for his original and extraordinary contribution to illustration art in Slovakia. 

Jury's reasoning: "Dušan Kállay has brought original, unchangeable poetics into a book illustration as an author's creative program, opening up new possibilities of expression in this field of work not only at home but also abroad, becoming a successful and renowned author abroad, winner of the prestigious Hans Christian Andersen Award and many others. In cooperation with publishers and educational institutions, VŠVU, where he has been active until today, has spread the reputation of Slovak illustrating art abroad and attracted the interest of foreign artists, students, publishers of art, culture and arts education in Slovakia.
