The Fine Arts Fund, the Slovak Section of IBBY, and BIBIANA — the International House of Art for Children — award the Ľudovít Fulla Prize 2025 to Katarína Vavrová for enriching contemporary Slovak illustration with new dimensions of poetic and imaginative expression, which remain a constant presence throughout her work, and for her long-term contribution to Slovak illustration and the unique continuity of her lifelong artistic achievement.
